3. Promotion Period:
The promotional period for this offer will be specified in the marketing material or announcement. The offer is valid only for appointments scheduled and completed within this specified period.
4. Pricing and Payment:
Customers must pay the reduced price of R550 upon completion of the appointment. Payment can be made through accepted payment methods at E&G Dental, such as cash, credit/debit cards, or electronic funds transfer.
5. Service Details:
The dental check-up and cleaning will be performed by E&G Dental's qualified dental professionals. The fluoride treatment and x-ray will be administered as an additional complimentary service to enhance the dental experience.
6. Refund Policy:
E&G Dental aims to provide the highest quality of dental care and customer satisfaction. If, for any reason, a customer is dissatisfied with the outcome of their dental cleaning service, they may be eligible for a full refund of the R550 paid for the service.
7. Refund Request Eligibility:
To be eligible for a refund, the dissatisfied customer must meet the following conditions:
The customer must have paid the full amount of R550 for the dental check-up and cleaning service.
The customer must submit a refund request within seven (7) days of the completion of the dental cleaning service.
The refund request must be made in writing and sent to E&G Dental via email or in person at the dental practice.
8. Evaluation Process:
E&G Dental will conduct an internal evaluation to determine the validity of the refund request. This evaluation may involve consultation with the dental professional who performed the cleaning and a review of the customer's dental history at E&G Dental. The evaluation process may also involve consultation with dental specialists external to E&G Dental practice, as well as previous patients of the practice who have undergone a similar treatment as is mentioned in this special offer.
9. Refund Decision:
Upon completion of the evaluation process, E&G Dental will communicate the decision regarding the refund request to the customer. If the refund request is deemed valid, the customer will be refunded the full amount of R550 within thirty (30) days from the date of the refund decision.
10. Non-Transferable:
This offer and the subsequent refund option are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other dental services.
11. Cancellation Policy:
If a customer cancels their dental appointment at E&G Dental, they will be subject to E&G Dental's regular cancellation policy, and the refund offer will no longer apply.
12. Limitation of Liability:
E&G Dental will not be liable for any damages or losses incurred by the customer as a result of using this offer or related to the dental services provided, except for the refund amount as specified in these terms and conditions.
13. Modification or Termination of Offer:
E&G Dental reserves the right to modify or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice. Any modifications or terminations will not affect appointments scheduled and paid for before the changes were made.
14. Compliance with Dental Practices:
All dental services provided under this offer will be performed in compliance with the standard dental practices and regulations set forth by relevant dental authorities.
By availing themselves of this offer and booking a dental check-up and cleaning appointment, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined above.
These terms and conditions are effective from the start of the promotional period and remain valid until the offer's termination or as otherwise stated by E&G Dental.
